Shipping policy

Where does WAXON ship to? We only ship within Canada. We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

What are WAXON’s shipping methods? 

We ship via multiple carriers: Canada Post Canpar, FedEx and UPS, tracking will be provided upon dispatch of the order to the email address providedfor the order. Orders above $60.00 receive FREE shipping Canada wide. 

Can I modify my order once it’s placed?

Once checkout is completed, your order has been processed and cannot be modified. Please contact us at shop@waxon.ca if you require further assistance. 

Returns, Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at shop@waxon.ca immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can review the issue and make it right. 

Due to the nature of our Products (personal care and beauty products), we are unable to accept returns unless the the item(s) are damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return, damage must be reported to WAXON within 5 calendar days of order receipt. 
 
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@waxon.ca. Please include photos of the damage, your full name as shown on the order, and the order number.

WAXON is not responsible for covering the shipping cost of returned items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item by contacting shop@waxon.ca. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or Gift Cards. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .  
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@waxon.ca.
